Shadow Work

Shadow Work

I’m sure you’ve heard this phrase many times — shadow work. Maybe you’ve even felt drawn to explore it more deeply. A few days ago, I received some insight on this topic, and I felt called to share. Maybe it will resonate with someone. Or maybe you’ll have something to add.

For a long time, I thought shadow work meant exploring my sadness, my fears, my depressions — and I did that, passively. But there were shadows I was still choosing not to see.

Have you ever had a disturbing thought — during deep exhaustion, after a nightmare, or in a strange, eerie vision — and immediately pushed it away, thinking: “That’s not me. That’s not mine.”?

What if, on a soul level, we are living inside the collective model of humanity?

What if those fleeting, dark thoughts or visions we reject — instead of vanishing — are sent back into the collective field? And what if someone more sensitive, more vulnerable, picks them up… and expresses them?

And when that person commits a terrible act, society condemns them. Rightfully so, perhaps. But we also send waves of anger and hatred toward that individual — which creates more of those dark thoughtforms, more of that heavy energy, and throws it right back into the collective pool.

So, what can we do — those of us who walk the path of light and transformation?

The next time you catch one of those disturbing thoughts, images, or dreams — pause. Don’t push it away. Don’t fear it. See it as an opportunity. A sacred task. A chance to help cleanse the collective field.

Instead of rejecting it, offer it up. Become a channel of light. Invite it to be transmuted by source, spirit, or the higher forces of the universe.

And when you read about some horrible crime — send light, not just to the victim, but to the perpetrator too. Send healing. Send transformation. No, this does not mean justifying the act. It means recognizing your power to help lift the darkness instead of feeding it with more hate.

This is sacred work.

You are not here by accident. You are part of the light force on this planet — an angel in human form. A soul who came here not to look away, but to help shift the collective toward healing.

Remember your wings.
Remember who you are.
And thank you for being here. 🕊️
